Terms of use

We never share or sell your data.

This site

Hither reminds you which gift cards, leftover credits, and punch cards to use — at this place, in plain language.

Today this site is a waitlist, a privacy promise, and Hattie.

Joining the waitlist is not a launch date and not a paid plan.

You

Use a real email you control.

You must be 13 or older.

Do not try to break the site, scrape it, or flood Hattie.

Hattie and later coaching

Hattie answers leftover-card questions in plain language.

She is not legal, tax, or guaranteed-savings advice.

Examples of leftover money are examples — not a promise you will recover that amount.

Your data

We never share or sell your data.

How we treat your data is on the privacy page.

A referral never chooses the card.

Our words and marks

Hither’s name, mark, and copy on this site are ours.

You may not copy the site to run a look-alike waitlist.

If something goes wrong

We run this site as carefully as we can, but it is offered as-is.

We are not liable for leftover balances an issuer changes, expires, or refuses.

If the law lets us cap damages, the cap is what you paid us — which, on this waitlist, is nothing.

Law and changes

These terms follow the laws of the United States.

If a court strikes one line, the rest still holds.

If these terms change, we will post the new words here.

Questions: hello@usehither.com.

These terms are current as of August 21, 2026.
